This is a small country town store..... They do not have the same amount of patrons as a big city. However they should have accommodated your family, even if it was the last cook of the day. I know this doesn't help now, however you should have insisted that they meet your order needs, alternately, you can go on the web to KFC's website and lodge a complaint with head office. I have run into the same issue and find it extremely frustrating to say the least. New owners often fail to realize that the last 45 minutes of their day is usually the most productive.
